Overall I would describe my experience with Michelle Twombly as negative. She appeared distracted, curt, and generally displayed poor "bedside manner" during our appointment. The staff at Family Medicine tends to steer patients towards the nurse practitioners when doctor's are unavailable, but I would hold out for your primary care physician in lieu of using Michelle.
