This was my first appointment with Michelle. I felt that she really knew her stuff. No hesitation in responding to my questions. Provided me with sound recommendations to deal with my Afib/Aflutter.

Michelle is a God send. I could not be more impressed with her knowledge and genuine care for me. I have grown to trust her guidance in providing the best care available. Her bed side manner is a model for other providers. She is caring and always concerned about my over all health. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

Michelle is one of the best cardiology practitioners I have seen. She is very compassionate about her job and truly wants to help. She is very kind and informative about what is the best care for your needs.

My mother has been under the care of many providers at Novant Cardiology. She recently was placed under the care of Michelle for management of A-Fib and CHF exacerbation. The management she recommended was reasonable, however, she has no bedside manner. She walked in the room with a bit of a tone that suggested she had a chip on her shoulder. She sits down and starts by asking, "What is the goal of care here?" "I have spoken with Dr. Rubry who knows you very well and you've declined having a pacemaker placed". We were both baffled as to why this provider would ask this question when my mother is making her appointments and taking the medications you recommended. She then proceeds to inform us that she read my mother's Oncology note and saw my mother declined further chemo treatment for her MM. Michelle is not an Oncology PA. She badgered my mom and discounted her right for denial of treatment over refusal of a pacemaker. My mom became tearful and felt worse after seeing her.
