Unprofessional notes
DO NOT GO TO MICHELLE! She was filling in for Rashelle Merritt, who is fantastic- and made a mess of medical records. “A shake before getting up daily” was twisted into “a primarily liquid diet.” “A request for a week long food journal three different times” was twisted into “a request for a 21 day journal”…with the added personal opinion of “which I highly doubt”. An explanation of “I was caring for my father who was paralyzed from a stroke and completely dependent 138 hours a week by myself and kept forgetting to do the food journal” was twisted into “Mother was complaining about nobody helping take care of child.” Egregious errors that are unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble of having to battle with medical record corrections and go elsewhere if one of the other dietitians is out. Unbelievable.
