She does NOT care about you
Very surprised a woman like this is in the mental health field. She is rude and dismissive and invalidated me and my experience at every turn. Her other counselors seem stressed and care almost as little as she does, except Bruce. He was nice at least.

This woman should not be in mental health. My entire experience with her was one of feeling dehumanized and treated like an object to be controlled. When I didn't want to do what she said like she wanted she abruptly cut off therapy. Traumatizing to say the least

Actually, I have experience with her center, not with her in particular. My husband and I have been married 36 years. Of these we've seen counselors off and on for the last 28 years. We seem to be committed to making it work. Finally, with the help of Ms. Mays' center, our marriage is thriving, not just surviving! They are different. I find them very respectful and knowledgeable about the issues they treat.

I called her to ask questions about her services and she was completely rude. Told me that obviously I did not do my research about her and maybe I should do so before calling. I have never had someone be so horrible to me over the phone for no apparent reason. I am shocked her job is working with people because she is obviously not a people person.
