New patient appt. Asked her to consider causes for worsening sinus, fatigue, and bowel issues. She leaned back in her chair, crossed her leg and said, “well that’s a rabbit hole” she had no interest in helping me find a diagnosis and immediately made me feel like she thought I was a hypochondriac. Dismissed me when I told her I thought I had begun having migraines. And when pressured gave me the lowest possible dose of migraine meds with no refill. I have since found out that I have developed severe allergies to mold, pollen, dander and grasses that were causing the migraines. And I’m taking regular histamine and migraine medication. And doing immunotherapy. Ms. Long would had have me continue to suffer. Thanks to a more professional doctor I am now making strides to better health.

Ms. Long is the worst nurse practitioner in this area. Or should I say the country. If you want a provider that does not care about the care of her patients this is the one you need. I would not recommend her to give a band-aid! Proceed to this provider with caution!!!

Ms. Long is very nice and has a good bedside manner. It was my first visit as a new patient with her and she treated me with dignity and respect, listened to all my concerns and followed-up with everything I asked her too, and refilled all my necessary medications. I would recommend this care provider to anyone considering her as their PCP.
