Terrible Experience
I have never felt the need to write a review about a provider experience, but in this situation, I feel it’s crucial to warn others. I have truly never had such a terrible experience with a provider.I paid $300 for a contact lens fitting, and when I arrived for my follow-up appointment (being the second patient of the day), the provider was over an hour and a half late (which was also the case with the first appt, however, this is something I tend to never complain about that being a provider myself and understanding that things can sometimes be out of your control). I confirmed at check-in that my payment covered everything and was informed I only needed to pay $40 for the contact lens follow-up.Then when I got in the room Dr. Lee was confused about the prescription she had given me during the fitting. She said she did not write down that she had given me that prescription (meanwhile there is no where else I could have received it as this was my first ever doing a contact lens fit
