I am a former Clinic Director. Michelle is discriminatory & disrespectful. She questioned me in excessive and extreme detail if I was employed. When she found out that I am a retired, disabled military veteran & not working she talked down in a degrading manner. The detailed questions of what I did in the service, her raised voice tone, and degrading responses-unacceptable! Intrusive questioning if I planned to get a job and degrading my responses was a shock. This went on for about 1 ½ hours. Putting a patient in a vulnerable position, isolating them on a treatment table, and doing this is not medically ethical. It is downright abusive. Michelle should not be in the people business with her inability to respect veterans and the disabled. Michelle took issue with the “Financial Policy” form I filled out as I stated that I would not pay more than the copay-this was because the clinic refused to provide an estimate. Then they shouldn't have accepted me as a patient.
