Dr Michelle is excellent and highly recommended! We saw her for 7 yrs, while living in AZ. You may have to wait getting scheduled, if new, but, it is well worth it, we promise!??????

I scheduled an appointment for my 2 year old toddler because this optometry office stated they have experience with toddlers. We had to wait two months for our appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 9:45am and at 10:30 we were still waiting for the doctor. After waiting for 45 minutes, we got up and left. It's unacceptable to have to wait for over 45 mins just to be seen. When making the appointment, I indicated that it's for a 2 year old. We even completed our new patient registration ahead of time. The last thing a toddler wants to do is an eye exam after waiting for over 45 mins. I will definitely not be recommending this office to any family or friends with toddlers.

I am a retired family doctor from Omaha. We spend our vacations in Anthem AZ. I was pruning a fire stick plant. Two hours later I had severe pain in my right eye. We called North Valley Eye Care, and they were able to fit us in right away! The care was professional and detailed. Dr. Michelle Kohls is an excellent optometrist who was able to accurately diagnose and treat my eye condition - chemical keratitis. The cost was more than reasonable, and it saved me an otherwise costly ER visit.
