When I was misdiagnosed by the collegue in the same practice, I switched Providers and by chance ended being evaluated by Michelle, who not only got to the bottom of my condition, but offered a Plan B and C if the first course of action did not improve my ongoing symptoms. Michelle is highly inquisitive with superb diagnostic skills & very well versed & experienced in her field of practice. I say she’s one of THE best investments this group has to offer and I highly recommend she be offered partnership in the practice. I will not trust my care to anyone else. Why settle for seconds when you can have THE best!

She diagnosed quickly and gave me recommendations for my diet for an ongoing basis that would make it less likely for this issue to occur again. However, she did not address the immediacy of the current issue, which was why I came. I was waiting for an update call, since she had a test she needed to see. I found the test but not her. I called several times, and she did not return the call. As a patient, I expect a return call from a medical professional when I just saw her. My cardiologist and other specialists call me if I ever call with a question. So I will not see her again. Obviously, what I expect in a medical professional (listen, hold judgment, caring, compassionate, eager to help) is not something high her list.

I found Michelle to be kind and patient. As a heavier person, I have encountered a lot of bias from doctors who tend to make assumptions about my diet and lifestyle. Even the previous APN I saw at this location who was fantastic tended to make judgements based on my weight. Michelle did none of this. She also put me at ease and listened to me. I liked that she took my blood pressure more than once to get an accurate reading. Very happy to keep seeing Michelle.

Michelle was very friendly and not dismissive of any concerns or questions I had. Took her time and was extremely concerned about everything. Took her time to explain all my blood test results and made suggestions and recommendations. I plan to make her my primary from now on. I could not ask for a more caring . person. I believe your attitude towards your medical professional affects their attitude towards you as a patient.

She doesn't take the time to listen to my concerns. She seems to have this very self centered, condescending personality that doesn't belong in a health care setting. She spends more time typing than actually listening. I felt like I was treated in a very generic, rather than individualized manner. She kept repeating "your insurance doesn't cover that test". I have never had problems with my insurance covering a specific blood test I've been doing for years. It's a good thing that I forced her to run that blood test because the results came back abnormal! She never apologized for that serious mistake.

Been meaning to post this review for some time. Agreed fully with the 1 star reviews here, as the five star reviews are clearly from within. This woman DOES make faces, passive aggressive comments and doesn't take questions seriously. I don't pay you to say "You're fine.." when I am asking you about my health. Not sure how you get away with being so rude, obnoxious and aggressive, but I sure as hell aren't going back to you. Tone down your judgemental high horse or get another profession- you are not God.

Found her to be the opposite of sweet as a previous review stated. This woman is so rude, made me extremely uncomfortable, and said things that were highly offensive to me and inappropriate. She also made faces throughout my visit that were filled with judgement.

I would give michelle a Negative 5 star rating if I could. Never going back to her. Dismissive and not helpful at all. Highly suggest finding someone else who is empathetic and kind because She is not at all. She was extremely rude to me and judgmental.

Michelle is the sweetest doctor you will ever meet! She always asks you how you're doing and will answer any questions you have to the best of her ability. And if you need a recommendation for a specialist, she always knows someone for you to call. I absolutely adore having her as my doctor! :)
