Dr. Michelle Gardner, OD

I recently made an appointment with Dr. Gardner to get fitted for contact lenses. She was very professional, knowledgeable and competent in her field. Prior to my visit with Dr. Gardner, I had visited multiple eye Drs., and had a very hard time getting fitted for contacts, as they constantly moved around. She took her time to ensure that the brand and the material of the contacts were the right choice for my eyes. This Dr. is great and knows what she is doing

Definitely felt rushed in and out when seeing Dr. Gardner. Also, didn't feel like she was listening to my needs when getting fitted for contacts. It was very much scientific with her and she thought things I felt with my lenses were simply unfixable. However, I recently transferred eye care centers and was able to get fitted with comfortable lenses within one visit. I honestly think if Dr. Gardner slowed down and didn't rush through writing prescriptions, but rather took a second to listen, then I'm sure Dr. Gardner would have been able to address my issues. So, two stars because I don't doubt her ability as an OD, but because my customer service experience felt lacking for the amount of money this appointment cost.

Dr Gardner has helped our family of 5 for a number of years. Zero issues and nothing short of great care!!

I would not recommend Dr. Gardner. I initially set up an appointment which was cancelled by her the day of the apt (for weather which, ok I understood). I rescheduled for her to again call back and cancel. Trying to get in for an appointment is horrible! Honestly can't confirm how she is when you can finally get into her as I have never been able to see her regardless of the TWO apts I have made. Went somewhere else.

Dr. Gardner provides top tier care for her patients in a very relaxed setting.
