My experience with Michele has been the worst and the physical scar she left on my arm will forever remind me of her incompetence!The whole appointment went wrong since arrival. I wish I trusted my gut that day.I went in for a Nexplanon removal and replacement.I have gotten this type of implant before and I knew what to expect for pain/scarring. Michele clearly had not done this procedure before. I knew what to expect from a professional but she is just unskilled.
