I found Dr Wilkens online as I wanted to get back into therapy. I’ve had several therapists over the years and only 2 of them helped. Dr Wilkens has really helped me get to the root issues of some trauma. She is very compassionate, non judge mental, and she effectively helps me see untrue thoughts I have about myself and my life. I’m making good progress with her and I actually look forward to my sessions with her. I highly recommend her and feel really fortunate to have found her.
