A provider who leads with head AND heart!
Michele was a new provider for me. I get really nervous around anyone new. She was warm and inviting instead of automatically being judgmental and cold like most doctors in her field. She took the time to listen to me. She didn't make me feel rushed even though I tend to ramble when I'm nervous. She just really seemed to care about my well-being.
