By far the worst experience I've had with any psychiatric provider. Refuses to refill a medication that I've been taking for over a year (I only need a refill from her because I moved states and my previous provider cannot prescribe it anymore). A psychiatrist should, at a minimum, understand the effects of medication withdrawal on mental health issues.

Sweet lady, but I did not feel as though I was being listened to, or at least interpreted the way I would have hoped. Only visited for one physical, that will be enough for me.

I did not appreciate the way Michele spoke with, or essentially at, me. Although Michele did apologize and explained as to why she spoke to me the way that she did, she attempted to validate as to why she did so. Michele seems to take her profession seriously which is appreciated however her bedside manner could improve.

After a VERY brief encounter, Michele recommended that I see a specialist and did not recommend any basic treatment options whatsoever. I was charged $97 for essentially nothing at all. When I spoke with management about this, they were very rude.
