Michela was very thorough in her examination and responsive to all questions.

Michela helped me fill a huge void when my long time dermatologist retired, in his 80s, during covid. After having the same dermatologist for almost 20 years since a cancer scare as a teen it was hard to trust a new one. I trust her. On top of that, I know I'm not the easiest patient. At times, a bad one, justified or not. I appreciate being heard in both instances. Sometimes health concerns spark emotions and I appreciate the compassion and understanding when those emotions get the best of me. Lastly, trust comes from success. Have had multiple issues that were addressed in a relationship type way. Not just, 'you have this so take this.' But a conversation to the best path of success. What I've always thought a doctor-patient relationship should be.

Felt very rushed, left before I was done asking all my questions. Did not specify what products to use and what to stop using. Saw her student more than I saw her. Felt like my case did not matter.

She was professional and thorough. Answered all my questions. All the staff were great. No waiting as well.
