I agree with the previous reviewer. Her tone was patronizing and inappropriate. I do not think that she was really at all listening to my concerns. I have had a previous good experience with Urgent Care, but I do not think I would want to return after seeing Michalena Fellows. We deserve better care.

Michalena made me feel judged and uncomfortable by the way she spoke to me. Her tone of voice and attitude made me feel guilty for coming in to Urgent Care, like my problem was not significant enough for the visit. I hope I never get treated by her again.
