Michal Duller, PA-C

She completely failed me as a patient back in 2019, I came to her about back pain I was experiencing, I told her it was the worst pain I ever felt in my entire life. Before my back injury I never knew pain like what I felt existed and never thought the agony would 24/7. To make a long story short she diagnosed me a 22 year old perfectly healthy make with DDD/ discdegenerative disease. I told her how the pain came about, lifting wrong - repeatedly. Still in her eyes DDD was what I was dealing with and it was nothing that could be done about it according to her. It didn't make sense to me a guy with no medical experience, and when I googled my symptoms same ones I told her back pain and pain down my legs, herniated disc popped up. Not only did it not make sense to me but it didn't make since to the back surgergon and pain management doctors I thankfully got to sit with eventually. The pain management doctor I saw following the DDD diagnosis took one look at me and said, you do not have DDD, you're too young and ordered a MRI. Turns out I had two herniated disc not DDD, thanks a lot Michal Duller. My path wasn't that straight forward, after PA-C Michal Duller I came across PA-C Mackenzie Vaclav and she failed me as well, she ran with the incorrect DDD diagnosis that Michal made and dismissed me the same way Michal made even I told them both with tears in my eyes it's the worst pain I ever felt and it feels like my life is over. I didn't get in front of that pain management doctor until 2022, so 3 years later. The two herniated disc had to be operated on, the back surgergon saw the old DDD diagnosis when we first met and shook his head in disappointment and said it's nothing he can do about that, he's just glad I made it to his office.

One star rating was because she was nice and listened during my appointments. I saw her twice and during that time, I left her numerous voice mails and emails that neither her nor her office staff followed up with. Had to find another doctor.
