I found Ms. Bethge very professional, personable and greatly reassuring as she explained the condition she would be treating, the procedure to take place, and anticipated results. She was very patient in answering questions and clearly outlined during the treatment what she was doing and the purpose. I felt completely comfortable with what was happening and my confidence level in her skills proved to be affirmed as my healing progressed.
