Mike has a genuine concern for his patient and makes and effort to communicate procedures in a way that made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately the last visit I had with him I was kept waiting for one hour and 45 minutes. The nurse assistant had failed to let him know that I was waiting. I was not happy because my time is valuable,too. When I asked the nurse about the wait , I was told They were busy .Considerin the amount I had to pay for the office visit , I was put off by this experience.
