Kelli Mullen was a pleasure. Through exam, good explanation great to work with. The STAFF is a NIGHTMARE. I was told glasses in 2 weeks a month later I am still waiting. NO communication, no apology. I was over charged over $100 I had to go pick up the refund and then the STAFF without asking deducted $40 for insurance on the glasses because THEY thought I needed it without asking. A nightmare to deal with I highly recommend go to another office
