I have finally found a provider who is knowledgeable, likable, thoughtful, and doesn’t act like a robot. I was looking for a new PCP, and my experience with Michael Volker checked all the boxes. He listened to my history, asked pertinent questions, and provided insightful theories on some chronic conditions. He ordered labs for me, I was able to get them drawn right there and the in house lab ran them with results in less than 14 hours!!He’s a seasoned practitioner with an emergency medicine background, and is a parent of two kids. That matters because he understands that when a mom is taking time to make appointments to focus on her health, you have to make that appointment count and cover all the bases. We covered so many layers of my health background— he met with me for an entire hour. I love NPs over MDs for this reason— they are often just better providers.Facility was clean, parking was a breeze.
