The people are excellent and the provider I saw was very knowledgable and professional. Their faults are found in their billing department. I had paid an amount after my first appointment, as it was described the average cost could be "x" amount after insurance. This led me to think that this amount would be there once the claim was filed and the insurance has paid their part. I was told it was taken off the initial cost of the visit BEFORE billing insurance when I contacted them about the bill I recieved in the mail. This struck me as odd. I then agreed to paid the remaining $61.48. When I checked my bank account the next day it was pending as $67.48. I called and was told it was processed wrong & she would refund $5. I hung up before realizing that it still didn't add up. I called just to be sure I heard right and the staff was adamant that $67.48 minus $5 would be $61.48. All around I would advise patients to be careful & thorough with their Bill's. Especially eldey patients.
