Michael Suomala, PT

I've had 5-10 physical therapists at various times. None of them could hold a candle to Mike Suomala. He's easy going, interesting, and most of all, BRILLIANT. My first experience with him was after a knee replacement. He explained what each exercise was accomplishing, so I was invested in it. Mike has a gift for knowing how to challenge a patient without overwhelming them with too much exercise. He asked questions and tailored the therapy to what I needed and could do. When I visited my surgeon four month after the replacement, he was stunned at my range of motion. That was Mike's work. I returned to Mike with a slipped disk; again, I improved rapidly due to his skill and diligence. When I shattered my wrist, I had a plate and a dozen screws installed to hold it together. Within a couple months, I regained all my strength and motion--it's now no different from my other wrist. Mike Suomala is at the top of his field. I feel so lucky to have been under his care.
