Went twice to this PT. Not happy. First visit, PT gave me 5 different exercises. I left there not being able to remember them and no one was interested in repeating them with me. They gave me a sheet of paper with exercises. Next visit, different PT had me doing exercises for back with pulleys that reaggeivated shoulder injury. I wonder how that had to do with my sciatica Dx I was seeing PT about. PT seemed to be trying to fill time more than treat an injury. The wanted me to lay on a table in common area and I refused as I don't know how clean it is and others lie on that table. Noticed they change pillow cases but do not disinfect pillows. I do not think I will return. Am switching to a chiropractor.
