No regard for patients needs
This Doctor does not care if your loved ones have been without a hearing aid for 4 weeks because he dropped the ball and never ordered them. He would not admit he made a mistake, but instead had his secretary Kathy call me with an excuse about the Insurance Company delay when he told me he had already received authorization from them. Today they said 10 more day and I was distraught and raised my voice, and so that's when Michael got on the phone and said he canceled my Mom's hearing aids and said I go somewhere else. He DID NOT keep his promise, nor does he care. They didn't care that my mom is losing her mind, just that I raised my voice. I WOULD NOT DEPEND ON THEM IF YOU ELDERLY LOVED ONE IS IN NEED OF HEARING AIDS.
