I found Michael to lack leadership qualities and to be uninvolved in my physical therapy care. He walks around with a big, boisterous laugh which belies his true apathetic nature. Despite having an advanced degree,he lacks the personal qualities that in my opinion enable him to be a quality physical therapist.
