Dr. Mike was recommended to me by a very picky friend so I first went to him for a wellness assessment, He gave me a wonderful education. I'm inspired about having better workouts and day to day movement. I'm not injured, just middle aged & wanting to feel better physically and avoid injury. Proper movement is a priority for me as one of my anti-aging goals. Dr. Mike doesn't shortcut and is extremely thorough and offers prevention & repair at the very least.
