Came in because of extreme back pain which other doctors have been quick to dismiss because i am overweight. Immediately i knew this appointment was different. The nurse asked questions and really listened to my reply. And PA Mike Gundell gave me a Thorough exam, and made sure I understood his diagnosis. I left feeling very well taken care of, and relieved to know that he knew my pain was real. I had an xray in office and am leaving with a script for an mri and physical therapy as well as medications to treat my condition. If you want to have Courteous professional and thorough treatment I highly recommend seeing Mike Gundell at the orthopedic institute

Michael spend an exceptional amount of time during my visit to get an understanding of my lower back problem. He is extremely professional and outline a program for my rehabilitation. After my initial visit and follow up visit, Michael kept in constant touch to see how I was progressing. He also coordinated a physical therapy program that was customized for me. I highly recommend Michael, he is professional, understanding, and provides a complete solution for your health needs.

Michael does an excellent job of explaining, treating and will spend time extra time listening to a patients concerns. I found him to be competent, professional and would highly recommend him. He works for an office that provides a high level of care and that treats people with dignity and respect.
