I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors.  Often people are facing stress or personal struggles.  Just as common are people who have difficulty in relationships or with life cycles issue (birth, death, moving, separation and divorce, lost of a loved one, to name a few).

biography

After more than 25 years in practice, I have become a seasoned and skilled therapist, having developed expertise in the treatment of depression and bipolar disorder, adjustment and anxiety disorders, difficulty in relationships, and exploring gender and sexual orientation concerns (e.g., coming out).
