Zero stars!!! Michael is literally the worst. He doesn’t care about the best interest of the children. If you have any concerns of his ability to make a difference and do the right thing you should request another caseworker. He is only going to frustrate you and waste your time. He will NOT do what is in your children’s best interest. He NEEDS more education. He is incapable of doing anything that is in the best interest of a child.
