I saw another PT at this location ("CAT") for my low back and thought she was great. A few months later elbow/biceps pain brought me back in. Cat and all the other therapists were booked out and the only one available was Michael (perhaps a red flag?). At the end of the appointment I felt I knew less than when I came in. He felt around my elbow a little and then at the end admitted "I don't know." But he knew enough to bill me over $200 for OP Therapy above and beyond what insurance covered.
