The receptionist at this office is outstanding! I realize they have a schedule with each patient's time scheduled, but they always offer a cheerful welcome to people, by using the patient's name. They also schedule the appointment for the next year during the patient's visit. They check to make sure this is a good date with the patient. Michael, and I know the drill he lets me know what he sees and hears, and offers his professional opinion. Gives a concise plan for me to follow and we are on our way.

Michael Depalma made me feel comfortable and he was easy to talk to about my visit. I really appreciate the way he talked to me and explained everything.The nurse and the office staffer that checked me in were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for your kindness.

I told one of the women at the desk on the way out; I really liked the Dr. he was pleasant, and answered all questions I had, and gve me info I didn't know. He was smart, happy, direct, clear thinking, etc.
