No tact
My husband was to see Michael Conard 2 days prior to his death (little did we know that was going to happen) My husband went to get approval on a different way to possibly correct his sleep apnea. Due to it being a different place versus Marshfield Clinic system, he became very rude. When my husband asked him another question concerning his immediate health issue( which was the cause of death and no thanks to the Marshfield Health Systrm) his reply was downright hurtful. My husband did not deserve that and I vowed we would drop him after that. I got up and proceeded to leave with my husband. Was Michael Conard having a bad day?? No clue but that still was all uncalled for. I took it to patient experience after I lost my husband I think it is time he left the profession.
