The VA sent me to him to complete a C&P for VA disability benefits. My VA examiner stated "OPINION: The psychologist who completed the 1/11/2019 DBQ PSYCH PTSD Initial C&P (Michael S. Cohn, Ph.D.) clearly had either no access to or failed to review the Claimants record. In fact, it is the least comprehensive diagnostic C&P this examiner has ever seen, with almost no pertinent sections addressed. He stated that there was no credible stressor In brief, the 1/11/2019 Initial PTSD C&P appears completely inadequate.." This doctor should have his license pulled for failing veterans and ignoring his duties for a pay check.
