Excellent!!
I recently had an office visit with Michael Broad, PA-C at Michigan Orthopaedic Spine Surgeons. I'm very grateful it was Michael I had the appointment with. Michael has excellent communication skills. He listens. He is patient, focused and attentive. He reviewed my imaging studies with me and explained things clearly and concisely. He showed me the areas we had discussed and cleared some of my misconceptions. He explained some ways to manage my health concerns and we devised a plan of care to move forward. I believe he should have a physician training seminar on how to effectively and compassionately communicate and care for your patients.
