Dr. Michael Bordash, OD

Completely unprofessional. Closed his office in dec, told none of his patients. I had to go next door to them to find out where he went-Pearle vision in Cleveland- and so I call them and he absolutely could care less if any of his patients return to him. He now only works til 4 every day and does not work on fri or sat. The lady was apologetic but in so many words told me I should find a new Dr, you could tell she wasnt a fan. She said he has his records if I need to get them. So I will be going elsewhere.

VERY DISAPPOINTED With the lack of professionalism from Dr. Bordash and his private clinic previously located inside Hamilton Place Mall. I have been trying to call since December to get an appointment and have left several voicemails on their (still working) business line. Finally today, I spoke with a gentleman working within LensCrafters (next door to Dr. Bordash) and was told the clinic closed in October of 2020 and Dr. Michael Bordash moved to practice in Cleveland at Pearle Vision, taking all his records with him. I have been a patient of Dr. Bordash for more than 10 years and never had a complaint until now. I was NOT notified of his practice closing or his relocation. And information on my medical records being moved was not provided either. Every website still displays that Bordash Family Eye Center is open and operating. With no mention of Michael Bordash moving to another county. Very bad business!

I’ve visited 4 times in 2 months and still do not have a contact lenses prescription. I’m getting headaches and my vision is blurred in one eye. I’ve repeatedly requested an adjustment and they will not get it right. I will not visit again next year.

I've seen Dr. Bordash for my annual checkup for years. It's easy to get a quick appointment, he has a very nice staff, and is both knowledgable and friendly. In addition, his prescription goes into Lenscrafters database which if you use Lenscrafters (like I have for 20 years) makes matters really simple. In addition, his price is very fair if you do not have vision (like myself) as part of your health insurance.
