During my recent visit, the doctor spent less than five minutes with me and prescribed a shampoo. I felt rushed and left the appointment feeling dissatisfied. Consequently, I will not be returning to this practice. To add to my frustration, I recently discovered that they have billed me and overbilled my insurance for a laser procedure that was never performed, charging my insurance $815 based on false information. I am shocked and dismayed by these dishonest practices used to extract money from patients and their insurance providers.

Made me feel at ease the moment he walked in the door with his friendly, charismatic way. He let me know what he was doing during each step of the surgery and was very informative with after care.

Dr. Mike was very thorough with my examination, and explained everything I needed to know . His assistant was very good too.

Doctor is great but nurse did most of the job. Paid about $50 for 15min. Felt like I was getting rush when I was trying to explain myself about my acne and past medications and experiences, both kept cutting me off mid explanation. I was sent home with antibiotics and creams. Which I wasn’t told about the indications of the meds in regards of my birth control had to find out with someone else.

Went to see Doctor Barrera for a nagging problem... Took care of it right there in the office, just like that... and it was some work. Healing well. All very friendly and fast!

My appointment was on time follow by the nurse taken notes, soon after the Dr took time looking for any abnormality on my skin. Quickly and efficient. Usually I spend all morning in Drs office I was able to go back

The office staff was quick to greet and made the check-in very fast. I don't think I waited 5 min. Michael was very upbeat very knowledgeable about my condition, instructed me on how to protect my skin. Very nice visit! Thank you to the staff as well!

I have a specific challenge with SIBO acne and was very specific when I called. Needless to say, they had to look it up and didn’t have a full understanding. Additionally, I requested a recommendation on moisturizer, given my challenge, and he wouldn’t provide one. Had to get a recommendation from my daughter’s dermatologist. He’s good for basic services but if you have a special condition, see the doctor (which I am doing moving forward)

The front office personnel was courteous and very helpful. Mr. Barrera listened and addressed all of my concerns.
