Decompression treatment has helped me start living life again. I have two herniated disks in my lower back and was unable to sit or walk for ~11 weeks before I came to see Doctor Mike. I had a constant sharp pain down my leg and within a week I was able to notice a huge difference. It feels like Dr. Mike treats me like a member of his family and it is evident that he genuinely cares about my recovery. This treatment has helped me on the road to recovery faster than I ever imagined was possible and I will never forget what they have done to give me my life back.

I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve in my right shoulder. After an emergency visit to OrthNY and a follow up 2 days later to my primary the pain was still unbearable. My primary recommended Dr. Adamec to relieve some discomfort. Dr. Adamec gave me a roadmap to recovery and within 2 weeks I was almost pain free. 4 weeks later and my shoulder is back to normal. I definitely recommend anyone with discomfort in bones and joints to give his office a call. The receptionists are awesome people too!

Dr. Adamec is a wonderful chiropractor! I started going to him after my other chiropractor closed their business. Dr. Adamec took the time to discuss my case with my previous doctor to insure that I got the best treatment possible. I always feel better after an adjustment and would highly recommend him!
