Mia does a great job communicating and explaining everything she is doing. Extremely professional and is very knowledgeable.

She is extremely unprofessional and asked me unnecessary personal questions about not only myself but my surgeon boyfriend. During our first meeting, I thought “hm she must just be interested in how surgical training works” but by the second meeting I couldn’t help but feel snubbed by the fact that I was doing a FAQ on his medical training and next steps rather than my injury. During our time together questions such as “do you live with your boyfriend?” To “do you live in an apartment or house?” We’re asked as well as “where did your parents go to university?” I understand making conversation but her questions bordered impolite nearing unprofessional. I even thought she may be wondering if I have the space in my home to do walking exercises but alas, no walking exercises were given. Many times when I would speak she would be on her phone.
