Mia had a plan for me during our first session and executed on that plan flawlessly over the next few months. I was suffering from an acute knee injury for a few months before I started to get PT from Mia. She immediately identified the issue with my knee and got me started on some exercise routines that really helped strengthen my muscles and my knees. Her approach was gradual and she only started to give more rigorous exercises once we determined that my injury was healing.
