Merissa Garmo, PA-C

PA Merissa is great. She spends time with you, listens, and makes you feel comfortable during the visit. She also offers zoom visits. However, I will not be returning to this office in Novi on Beck road, it’s not worth dealing with the front office idiots to come back here. I’ve been a patient here for years but today was the last straw. I’ve made an appointment over the phone but they failed to save it in their system. I fasted until 2pm for this. And then they couldn’t get me in because their schedule was full! I am sure Merissa would’ve worked with me or at least would’ve had phlebotomist draw my blood, but the receptionist suggested that it was my fault. It didn’t surprise me though. There’s always something with them. And they have you fill out same paperwork EVERY visit. Please, Merissa , find another job at a better office so I can come back as your patient. I’m sure it’s not easy for you to work there. My family and I are not coming back to this office again. Sorry Merissa

She's very knowledgeable and asks great questions. Gave awesome advice as well! Both my daughter and I trust her!
