Terrible

I feel bad for any psych patient that uses her for services. She’s quite snide with equal arrogance. She needs to hang it up. She’s rude during the session, and I felt judgement from her, These aren’t good qualities for a psych provider treating patients with trauma. She doesn’t seem up-to-date. If anyone has PTSD or CPTSD, try to find a different provider.

Years of trauma from my brief experience with her. When I wanted to talk about a childhood rape, and the recent death of a parent she told me all my problems were because I occasionally smoked marijuana. I was a college freshman. When she asked how often I smoked, I paused, and she answered for me saying “that means daily” and proceeded to treat me like a drug addict. When I passed her drug test, she accused me of using a substance that helps pass drug tests or over-drinking water. I was totally disempowered and then completely over medicated by her as a result. I still carry trauma from her everyday.

She never remembers me. Shes either angry and mean or grandmotherly. Never consistent, overmedicates and doesn't put notes in her computer. nurse doesn't return calls. She is dangerous.

I went to her for anxiety I thought was related to an assault I survived when I was a child. I needed to talk about it so I saught therapy. When I brought this up to her she said "well you were 10 so you were old enough to fight back" ... I was sexually assaulted by a grown man. I'm figuring out years later how hurtful that was and how far she set me back with that statement alone. Please don't go to her and get hurt.
