She was okay as a therapist. I don't feel she had very effective methods for helping me but she was very compassionate. My main problem was that she was flaky. Sessions would end early, she'd have to cancel for some reason or another or reschedule often. I would be on time for an appointment but would wait for her to start be ready to start.

Meredith was very difficult to work with. She created some false ideas about fights between my family and me, that never happened. I wouldn't recommend her. She does not put enough time into talking about the patients real feelings. If you exerpienced trauma I would choose another therapist. She was pretty hard to deal with. She wasn't an honest therapist at all. I didn't feel that she made any progress, nor worked at communicating with people. She doesn't get alot done.

Seems self absorbed and unfocused. Meredith seemed to be a million miles away. I felt like I was talking to myself in therapy, and she did not seem not notice nor care. I should have known this would be a problem when she showed up late. I hope that she improves quickly!
