Deserves NO stars. SCAM OFFICE! Staff needs negative stars. Nasty, rude, intimidating, disgusting staff! DO NOT GO HERE! Staff loses payment, threatens people for non-payment when they indeed have paid in full! "B"linda is NOT a manager but a sick joke and most definitely a "B". Front staff has the personality of Satan, denying clients to see the Doctor and threaten to turn into collections after they have been paid in full. I got to PAY IN FULL and NEVER GOT MY TEST RESULTS! SCAM!!! NO TEST RESULTS so now I have to go to a ethical facility to repeat my hearing test. No need to give this SICK, NASTY, RUDE place any business. Plenty of Doctors with pleasant staff in the Valley, this is NOT doctors office but a circus sh*tshow that needs to be shut down. Big SCAM with no test results. Forced to put "one" star like I was forced to pay. Lost my payment & results!
