The whole process of visiting the office amid Covid-19 restrictions was very well organized and the visit seemed effortless. Appreciate Melodye Campbell's time and remembrance of past visits and health issues. Genuinely cares about patients and assists in making decisions to assist- make suggestions and gives advice in a helpful manner.

Basically, just getting RE-established as a patient since Dr Phillips retired. Has seen Mrs Campbell once before. Waiting time was reasonable for both waiting area and patient room. Lab work was ordered and done right away. Was in and out in 30-45 minutes. Glad that my transition was seamless.

I see Melodye once a month for health treatment. She has always been extremely professional with me and very concerned with my well being.
Melodye listens closely to any concerns that I have and always reviews my medical treatment with me. I could not ask for any better care than the care I receive from Melodye at EVERY visit! Melodye has been my Primary Care Nurse/Practitioner for over 2 years. And the lab personnel are the best ever!!

Ms. Campbell was very attentive and knowledgeable of the concerns relative to my appointment and completed the exam in a very timely manner before sending me to get an x-ray within the Clinic. My wait time from arriving at the clinic to the completion of my visit was minimal. The staff were very courteous and client centered. I would definitely recommend the Bowling Green Medical Clinic to individuals seeking a primary physician.
