Had 3 telehealth visits with this doctor after being referred for diagnosis and continuing therapy after having concerns of having depression and adhd. The attitude she had during each visit always set me off on edge and right away she was quick to wanting to start medications and didn’t seem interested in pursuing anything additional unless I took the prescribed risperidone. After our last visit several months ago she never reached out to me or asked how I was doing, I even attempted to call her with no response given back to me. Do not recommend at all, avoid if you can!

I have been her patient for years. She is warm, honest, a good listener and has helped me through many of my challenges

Dr Moore treats my daughter. She is a very warm and caring professional. I would recommend her 100%.

Tried to get an appt and called 6 ~7 times She does not return phone calls -

I met with Dr Moore about a month ago. She rushed to finish up our conversation and told me I need to take some anti depression medicine before we continue our sessions and she will send a letter to my family doctor rightaway. Ok that didn’t happen and I have not been able to get ahold of her since then. I contacted the office and her phone multiple times and no response yet.

We met with Dr Moore in March and have not been able to get ahold of her since our initial appointment. We have been trying to contact her twice a week for over 2 months because she has the test results that we need. She does not respond to emails or phone calls.

Dr.Jones is an excellent, professional, and patient. She's very understanding to your needs and is a great listener. I feel like a weight had been lifted every time I leave bet office. I have referred family and friends also.
