Had another appt set with her over net. I came on but she didn't. Another she came on late MY face was on screen. She gave me less than 2 min, was curt. Then we tried again. It was the 2nd or third time. No link. Days to call # for link. Michelle doesn't get back miss appt again because of your facility and she could have done something to be seen. I received phone before July 4th I Had an appt set. Nurse said puttying my meds through. July 9 I get a phone call we are only giving you 10 day supply. So I fall through the crack. I vomit my head off stomach so painful. Vomiting is brutal on narc kolonpi. 2 1/2 mg. So brutal andI BLEW OUT RIGHT EYE.NOW WE SET SNOTHER APPT WITH. ROMANO. NURSE SAYS SEMDING YOUPERSCTOPT. THEN I get a phone call terry. Says no she has to come in for evaluTion. Meantime. I only have 6 days. They made appt Dr k. IN NOVEMBER. THIS US CRUEL. IVE BEEN ON CAL,epam for 16 yrs. There's more. Please forgive sight challenged errors. She was curt with me when they don't provide the link. Dr Michael Glass. Mathematician. Computer science and It. Was at my side to make sure everything worked. Dr was refused a link. This is truly ridiculous. BECAUSE OF TERRY DROPPING THE BALL I HAVE TO GET SHOT IN EUR BY MY SURGEON DR JAMES EASY AND OF COURSE TRRRY IS LEAVING ME WOTH NO MEDS I WILL BE CALLING. CEO SBOUT THIS. YOU HAVE BEENNOTHING BUT PROBLEMS YERRY. IVE BEEN THERE AT LEAST 3 TRS. NO PROBLEMS UNTIL YOU

My name is Andrew Hughes. i am so happy that there are Nurses/ Doctors. Like her! She got back to me within the hour when I was about to have a crisis not knowing about app. Instead of,asking me to wait the 48 hours for a call .Melissa called me back within the hour!! Very professional and obviously cares about her patients!!?? Great job Mellisa.
