I say that Shaw came into the room, she knew of my case before I was even the one telling her. Also, she offered what to do next at a different location. I thought that was awesome.!

Ms.Shaw was friendly, patient and kind. Her examination was thorough but gentle. i would definitely go back to her.

I have seen Melissa several times through the years. She is always friendly and professional. She takes time to ask questions and answer all my questions.

I’ve always had the best experiences with Melissa! I’ve seen her at least 3 or 4 times during my pregnancy and postpartum and I will say every single visit with her has been great. She sits with me and answers any question I might have and is so nice. I actually requested her when they made my appointment because she is one of the easiest people to get comfortable with.

Left in room while discussing she was getting for lunch. When she came in she was very rude and dismissive. This was my follow up after being in the ER and she contracted everything that they said and told me to just consult my doctor which I was there for in the first place! Never again.

I am a Healthcare professional and have been receiving care at this practice for 12 years. this was my first and last visit with Melissa. I have chronic high blood pressure and she talked to me like I havent been managing my own blood pressure for 25 years! I had discussed my plan of care with the physician Dr medlock and he was in aggreance on management. it seemed as if she was treating me out of a book she read rather than as the patient . she wanted me to make a follow up appt in one week for another bp check. I told the front not to schedule me with her & with a different provider. left the office & received a phone call that they had moved my appt because Melissa wanted to see me back. oh no I was on that phone quickly to get it changed. I was concerned about this fever and mastitis I was experiencing after giving birth her suggestions were completely false information for a patient. She saw my daughter for a visit. She was very nice and very knowledgeable. From the time she entered the room her smile never left her face. She made the atmosphere very comforting and pleasant. That’s something a person looks for in a provider, someone that they are comfortable with talking to and who can answer all of their questions. She did that.

Melissa Shaw was very patient with me and explained my condition in a way i could understand. Nicest Dr I have been too in some time.
