This was my first visit with Melissa Schmidt. I was very pleased with her knowledge, demeanor, and straightforwardness. Everyone seemed to work together, like a "well-oiled" machine! All suggestions, etc, were printed out for me without having to ask. I was taken on time. I have already recommended her to someone!

The PA was very friendly and a good listener. She was very respectful and made my visit a great experience. She took the time to show me my CT scans and explained each photo so I could understand.

Worse PA I’ve ever seen!
This PA did not listen to me at all! I kept describing how miserable I was feeling with what I felt was a sinus infection….she not only told me it wasn’t an infection but thought I should see a neurologist. I suffered for a couple weeks and went back when she said I was really sick…. had a cat scan that showed yes I did have an infection and she said stay on antibiotics! Also told me to go ahead and get a booster because she didn’t think I had an infection….not feeling well since all of this. I’m a 73yr. female and know my body but she sure didn’t listen….never will I see her again.
