Melissa's exceptional bedside manner is a standout attribute that greatly contributes to a positive patient experience. Her warmth, friendliness, humor, and personable demeanor make her incredibly approachable, fostering a comfortable and open environment for communication. Melissa is an attentive listener and appears to genuinely care about the concerns of the patient. During my interaction with Melissa regarding my desire to have my throat scoped by an ENT, Melissa demonstrated extensive knowledge about the process relating to my condition. She agreed with my decision to seek referral to a highly rated ENT specialist in Green Bay, instead of seeing a particular specialist in Marquette, which further underscored her commitment to providing the best possible care for me. Overall, Melissa's professionalism, empathy, and dedication to patient well-being make her an asset in the local healthcare system. I would most definitely recommend her.
